Included in your monthly rent is the following:

• A live operator to answer your phone, Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm.
• 24-hour voice mail capability for easy message retrieval and phone transfer in evenings.
• Pre-assigned phone numbers that can be connected within 24 hours (long distance calls are at an extra cost and will be billed monthly on your Virtual Office invoice).
• Weekly mail forwarding for out-of-town tenants, if necessary (tenant pays postage).
• Display Business License.

Available services at an added charge:

• Secretarial service as follows:
  • General secretarial and
  • Desktop publishing, flyers, etc.
• Copy machine usage at $0.10 per copy (all sizes) over standard usage volume.
• Incoming and outgoing fax
• UPS, Federal Express, and postage at cost plus 20%.
• Day Office @ $40.00 per day
